The PAssion Children’s Football (PACF) program was initiated in 2004 by the People’s Association (PA). The program is a platform for children aged 4 to 18 years old to spend quality family bonding time with their parents and with the community through football. 

With the motto “Every Child is a Champion”, the objectives of PACF are to promote family and community bonding while developing children’s physical ability, character, and social skills through football. 

PACF is organized by Community Sports Network (CSN) with the support of the People Association Community Sports Division. CSN secure a training venue and with the support of the CSN convener, members and parent volunteers, organize the weekly football training sessions.
